Four years of UI design, and five years in the army before that — both taught me how systems hold up under pressure.

I am Qiao — JO for short — a UI/UX designer working on B2B products, government platforms and WeChat mini programs.
Most of my work sits where agriculture meets operations: traceability, farm management, village governance, ERP. Dense data, many roles, very little patience.
